  • Cooperation with our protection personnel is essential for effective service delivery.

  • GX Elite reserves the right to withdraw services in cases where client cooperation is not maintained or where conditions pose unacceptable risk.

  • We may sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request for highly sensitive engagements.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While GX Elite exercises the highest professional standards, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damages, or delays caused by factors outside our control.

  • This includes, but is not limited to: third-party interference, public disturbances, acts of God, or client non-compliance.

  • You agree that our maximum liability in relation to any claim is limited to the value of the service provided.
