FAQs
Are you an ambulance service?
No. GX Elite provides TECC-informed and First Aid/BLS support and coordinates with emergency services. For advanced cover, we arrange licensed paramedics/ambulances via external providers.
Will you bring an AED and trauma kit?
Where appropriate and approved, yes—our officers carry discreet trauma kits and can operate AEDs.
Can you cover multi-day remote travel?
Yes. We plan rendezvous points and evacuation routes. When higher clinical capability is required, we deploy partner paramedics or standby ambulance.
Can you remain fully low-profile at events and residences?
Yes. Our posture, attire, and workflows are designed not to interrupt the luxury guest experience.
How do you price medical support?
