GX Elite is accepting applications for Melbourne-based Close Protection Operators to support a private executive and family protection engagement.

This intake is intended for experienced professionals capable of operating within discreet, high-trust environments.

Role Context

Selected operators may be engaged in driver-protection and close support roles as part of a tailored protective arrangement for a private principal and family.

Tasking will require seamless integration into daily routines while maintaining a low-profile protective presence.

Role Responsibilities

Depending on operational requirements, responsibilities may include:

• Discreet close protection of a private principal and family

• Driver-protection and secure transport support

• Residential, corporate, and lifestyle environment coverage

• Liaison with GX Elite management and designated client contacts

• Maintenance of situational awareness and intelligence-led reporting

This role requires judgment, restraint, and professional discipline.

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must meet all of the following:

• Valid Victorian Security Licence with bodyguard / close protection eligibility

• Demonstrated close protection or high-risk security experience

• Experience in driver-protection or protective mobility roles

• Professional appearance and communication appropriate to private family environments

• High level of physical fitness

• Clean criminal, employment, and reference history

• Willingness to undergo police, background, and reference checks

Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

Desirable Background

• Prior law enforcement or military service

• Experience protecting high-net-worth individuals or private families

• Exposure to corporate or luxury business environments

• Availability for future domestic and international travel
